What is Easy Peasy Platinum Property Care?

Easy Peasy doesn’t just stop with the work though. We take it a step further and make paying for caring for your property easy peasy too! You no longer have to sit down at the end of the month trying to work out what you owe and to whom because with Easy Peasy we only send you one bill, at the end of each month, for all the work you’ve had done in that month. No more paying the gardener, the pool guys, the electrician, the plumber, the handyman and the cleaners and everyone else. Make one payment, for the one invoice, at the end of each month to Easy Peasy!

How do I get in contact?

At Easy Peasy, we want our clients to call us for everything around their property. You can call, send an email or fill in one of our handy online enquiry forms with your contact details and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Are there any fees involved with Easy Peasy’s service?

There are no service fees, admin fees or any other fees worked into your invoice. Easy Peasy’s service is completely free for our clients. All you’ll ever pay for is the work done at your property. Invoices are itemised so you can see exactly what it is that you are paying for. We believe in trust and integrity in all our dealings with our clients and so transparency in our invoices is essential.

Can I get a free quote without any commitments?

Of course! We would love the opportunity to meet you, view your property or just have a chat on the phone about what we might be able to do for you. There are never any obligations with Easy Peasy and we never want to make you feel like there are! At Easy Peasy, we value our client relationships above all else so we can’t stress enough how important it is for our clients to feel like they can call us for anything and never feel obligated to commit. There’s no job too big and there’s no job too small so you can call, send an email or fill in one of our handy online enquiry forms to get in contact and let Easy Peasy help you to find the best solution for whatever you might need.

Am I locked into any contracts using Easy Peasy’s service?

Not at all! If you enlist the service of Easy Peasy we will continue to maintain a high quality service for you and your property for as long as you’ll have us. But if for whatever reason you decide not to use Easy Peasy’s service any longer, there are no hard feelings, no hard sales and no pressure on you whatsoever to continue work with us. Of course we would love to maintain a strong and long relationship with all of our clients, but we understand that your needs or circumstances can change.

How do I pay?

When you receive your invoice from Easy Peasy you may make payments via cash, cheque or the most preferred and most often easiest method of an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). As always, Easy Peasy is trying to make all aspects of your property maintenance simple and easy, including paying your invoices.

Does Easy Peasy have insurance?

Easy Peasy holds all necessary insurances to carry out works around your property as well as only working with licensed and insured trades people and we consider this hugely important to our service! We don’t work with that old fellow in his van that’s picked up a chainsaw and decided he’s going to make some quick cash lopping down trees, because we don’t want to be left standing there when he fells that tree right on your brand new car! Can’t get hold of him? Won’t answer your calls? He might have offered a cheap service but now he can’t afford to fix the damage! Trusting that should something go wrong it will be made right is very important to us and it should be to you too.
